The Costa Brava in Spain has a great climate for outdoor sports such as golf, an aquatic sports. There are many days of sun and lots of sunlight, as well as mild temperatures which is perfect for outdoor activities. If trekking is your choice of sport, there are over a dozen natural parks and protected natural reserves to visit. You can go bike riding or walking through the many trails.
Horseback riding, running or taking a stroll are other activities that you can do on dry land, but if you are into aquatic sports, the Costa de la luz has great weather conditions for sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing. When the Tramontana winds blow, this area becomes the perfect place for these activities.

In other more tranquil areas you can also go swimming in the open sea or scubadiving in the crystal waters of any of the many coves scattered around the coast. You will definately enjoy the colorful scenery of the fauna and flora. Scubadiving or snorkelling are great fun and should be experienced here.
